Business is personal.
That's the point.
My name is Olgierd Minkiewicz - Polish-born, New York-based for more than 18 years. My work sits at the intersection of business, investment, art, and the real human connections that move things forward.
For 11+ years, I've led real estate across sales, acquisitions, development, and asset management - residential and commercial buildings, hotels, and luxury properties - working with investors, family offices, institutions, and individuals worldwide. I've built a network people trust because I'm hands-on, discreet, and strategic.
Where others see markets, I see cultures worth understanding.
I'm President and CEO of Polymathy Inc. - a highly curated platform of organizations where we help companies approach growth through business strategy, culture impact, and creative thinking.
Before this, I trained as a musician, actor, and dancer. I performed in Wrocław, London, and New York, and collaborated with institutions including Columbia University, NYU Tisch, Juilliard, and Carnegie Hall. That training isn't a footnote - it's the lens I bring to business: creativity, empathy, and an understanding of what drives people.
